Manufacturing areas are vented with units located in penthouses; office and lab are air-conditioned.

Water: Served by (2) on-site wells with 1,500 gallon per minute capacity pumps; (1) 250,000 gallon capacity elevated storage tank providing residual pressure to a common domestic, fire and process water system via a 12" main.
Sewer: 150,000 gallon per day activated sludge plant for domestic wastes connected by 10" main, 8" lateral. Permits held in landlords' name and are current.
Gas: Supplied by Entex through a 6" high pressure line at 130 psi at building interface.
Communications:
T1 & ISDN line available, abundance of analog and digital lines available.
Sprinkler:
Approximately 10% of building is sprinkled; entire building is looped with risers/fire plugs.
