Primary Electrical Power Main Substation via two aerial 13.8-kV circuits, each consisting of two 795 MCM (Drake) ACSR cables per feeder. Power to Building 9101 is via redundant circuit from OSG-1 to seven substations, 13,800 - 480/277 v 2,240 KVA capacity each, located in the penthouse of this building. Two substations 13,800 - 2,400 volt, 6,200 kva are available on the south side of the building.
HVAC: Manufacturing areas are vented with units located in penthouses; office and lab are air-conditioned.
Utilities:
Water: Served by (2) on-site wells with 1,500 gallon per minute capacity pumps; (1) 250,000 gallon capacity elevated storage tank providing residual pressure to a common domestic, fire and process water system via a 12" main. Sewer: 150,000 gallon per day activated sludge plant for domestic wastes connected by 10" main, 8" lateral. Permits held in landlords' name and are current.
Gas: Supplied by Entex through a 6" high pressure line at 130 psi at building interface.
Communications: T1 & ISDN line available, abundance of analog and digital lines available.
Sprinkler: Approximately 10% of building is sprinkled; entire building is looped with risers/fire plugs. Parking 327 spaces immediately adjacent to building.
Other Facilities: Approximately 13,000 square feet of modern air conditioned office area highlighted by acoustical drop ceiling with vinyl tile floors, and finished sheet rock walls.
